Connie has over 18 years of tax experience. More than 10 years of that
experience was with a Big 4 accounting firm, serving in both the Chicago and Dallas offices. During her career, she
has been a leader in the mentoring program of tax managers while maintaining a full book of business. Clients ranged
from start-up to publicly traded with a focus on small to middle market taxpayers.
Since leaving Ernst & Young LLP in 2005 to start her own practice, she has helped numerous companies
achieve their tax goals, including evaluating internal staffing needs, multimillion dollar tax refunds and implementing tax
planning ideas. During her career, Ms. McCarty has been responsible for all tax aspects from mergers and acquisitions,
daily tax needs and SEC tax reporting requirements.
